Truly enjoyed almost everything, including rooms and the food, they were very good! It deserves its 3 stars.

The reception staff were absolutely wonderful - they booked us in early & gave us the room we wanted. Over the two days we stayed, they acted like we were friends they knew, always greeting and commenting and asking nice questions. Breakfast staff lady was really nice and very helpful. I really like the fresh fruit on the breakfast buffet. We were impressed by how clean the rooms were and actually observed one of the cleaning staff on her knees scrubbing the bathroom floor with a brush!! We will always stay here again - good location right off highway 475 with good restaurants close by and half hour each way to Great Lakes Crossing Mall & Birchrun - how perfect is that??
My only minor complaint was that the biscuits on the breakfast buffet weren't very good - too hard and dry. Pop over to Bob Evans and try their biscuits!
